Hotel contract conditions: All prices are non-binding guideline prices based on a 7-night stay. If you arrive late or depart early, we charge 100 per cent of the room rate minus 10 Euro. In case of cancellation, the Austrian hotel contract conditions are applicable. With the reservation made by the guest (reservation) and the subsequent oral or written confirmation (confirmation) of the proprietor to supply the desired accommodation, an accommodation contract is entered into. This accommodation contract does not only place the proprietor under an obligation to provide the accommodation but also places the guest under the obligation to uphold his agreement to use the accommodation. If the guest cancels this accommodation contract unilaterally "because of personal reasons", he is still under an obligation to pay the total price agreed upon or he has to pay for damages resulting from non-fulfillment of contractual obligations. The proprietor will guarantee the reservation upon receiving a down-payment and confirming in writing the receipt of this down-payment. We recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance. Upon cancellation up to 3 months prior to arrival, 100 Euro per room or 300 Euro per apartment are due as cancellation fee. Upon cancellation between 3 months and 6 weeks prior to arrival, 60 per cent of the total cost is due. Upon cancellation between 6 and 3 weeks prior to arrival, 90 per cent of the total cost is due; cancellations less than 3 weeks prior to arrival incur the total price due less 10 Euro per person and day for the consumption part.
